This graphic or chart can really help you to place yourself some where and become aware of emotions that you had never truly accepted.
Accepting what is happening in ‘the now’ is the giant breath that will clear away the smog that might at first be too thick to tolerate.
Practicing full, present awareness will, overtime, result in a mind that bounces back less and forth between past woes or pleasures and future hopes and dreams.
